nobody ever understands
that i have feelings too
they always think that i dont get hurt
just like everyone else does
but i bleed the same color
and i cry the same rivers
but does anybody ever care
i dont think they know
just what i am going through

when the day comes
and you can see through my eyes
maybe then you will realize
that i'm just like you
i get scared too
and i get burnt
and i cant always be the strong one
when i no longer have the strength
so please just give me a break
i dont think anybody understands
just what i go through
on the inside
even if the outside
seems to be okay
